There are several different ways to get help with Cyverse tools and platforms.
The Maintenance Calendar lets you know where there is scheduled maintenance on CyVerse systems and to know when systems will be down. Banners are also posted on the wiki spaces for affected systems.
Email Support (email@example.com) puts you in touch with our team of staff members who can assist you with a technical challenge, such as resetting your password. This team handles everything from account updates to general issues with the infrastructure. Responses from our support team are generally handled within 48 hours.
Submit a Help request ticket in the User Management portal by clicking Contact on the far left of the window to open the Help Request form, entering your email address and specifics about your request, and clicking Send Mail.
Ask CyVerse is a growing community forum where scientific and technical questions related to the CyVerse platforms can be addressed. The forum is staffed by CyVerse's knowledgeable bioinformaticians, as well as active leaders in the scientific community who are happy to assist or offer feedback on issues posted. Submit your questions or see others' questions and answers.
The CyVerse Wiki is a community documentation site that serves as a repository of information on our platforms, services, and events. Anyone with a CyVerse account is welcome to contribute. For instructions on using the wiki, see Using the Wiki and JIRA.
Campus Helpers is a way to give and get help from other CyVerse users. With more than 30,000 registered users, we want to help everyone better connect. We invite you to share what you know about CyVerse and about your science. You can volunteer to answer questions or find users with shared interests. We all need a little help sometimes. At CyVerse we are here to give you the support you need.

Help is also available within each platform
Just locate the Help icon within the platform (if you can't find it, look for Getting Help or a similar title in the manual on the wiki space) and go from there.
In Atmosphere, you can click at the bottom right of the screen to chat with an Atmosphere support team member during business hours.
