About using the CyVerse wiki and JIRA
CyVerse uses Atlassian Confluence Wiki for its how-to information for using the CyVerse tools and services, and JIRA for its issue-tracking software. Each CyVerse account holder is automatically granted access to both, and the permissions depend on your needs and group.
Each CyVerse user has his or her own wiki space, which you can share or keep private. In addition, you can have favorite spaces and favorite pages, customize your dashboard, and more. To learn how to use these features, as well as how to use some more powerful editing features on our wiki pages, see the instructions on the wiki.
- Go to the CyVerse wiki.
- Enter your CyVerse username and password. (To view many pages and create or edit a page on the wiki, you must be logged in.)
- If you don't remember your username or password, or you can't get in (and you know you're using the right username and password), see Manage Account.
- To learn how to use the wiki, see Using the CyVerse Wiki.
JIRA is CyVerse's issue tracking and project management software tool for entering issues such as bugs, tasks, improvement suggestions, user stories, feedback/comments, and data. The access you have depends on your needs and group.
