The story of the Holstein calf Comfortable, whose distinctive markings resemble a smiley face, has been in all places within the media this week, with the farmers deciding to maintain Comfortable on the farm as a pet.
However we predict we will beat the document of probably the most uncommon marking, as one reader despatched us a hanging photograph of a lamb born with markings resembling a sheep face.

After it was born, Fiona’s sister noticed the sheep face on its again, and it’s now a little bit of an “eye-catcher within the flock”.
