Shohin Faculty Winter Seminar recap

Just a few weeks in the past, Andrew Robson and I hosted the primary Shohin Faculty seminar on the Milwaukie Heart in Milwaukie, Oregon.

The day wrapped up with dinner and drinks at native meals truck emporium Nook 14.

Sunday’s focus was on recognizing and creating high quality shohin bonsai. The morning featured an analysis train through which contributors scored bushes and discovered what traits to search for in several species.

After lunch, Andrew and I supplied ideas for shohin care and growth and reviewed methods for constructing a shohin assortment. The seminar ended with a bring-your-own tree workshop.
