This space bought its first frost, and TPP picked inexperienced tomatoes from the backyard on Nov. 1. NOV. 1!
That is an excellent 2-3 weeks past after we often have the primary frost. So till 10 days in the past the gardens had been fairly inexperienced. Bushes weren’t altering coloration as a result of we hadn’t had sufficient cool climate to cease the cholorphyll synthesis. However with the primary laborious frost issues modified dramatically, nearly in a single day. The picture proven here’s a Hydrangea ‘infinite summer season” and it’s flowering on new wooden and it seldom does this as a result of the brand new development would not get sufficiently old in time and the season runs out. So right here it’s in late October and it seems to be nice because of all of the flowering. Fairly pink for Nov. 1. Sorry for being distracted of late.
